Today is the kind of day I’m getting nostalgic for Di Fara’s Pizza over in Brooklyn. While I’m only a few hundred miles away, it’s all I think about. 

Like a chump I tried to capture my visit through the wonder of video, but it hardly translates the flavors and essence. There’s  nothing like watching an 80 year old guy take his sweet time to chop fresh basil over a pizza while 50 hungry New Yorkers drool on the counter.
