This will help anthropologists answer questions like "How did humans enjoy pizza in the past?" "Did humans ever fold slices?" "How long did it take the average human to eat a slice of pizza?"

VIA 313 is a delicious pizza place in Austin, Texas. They serve Detroit Style pizza and dang, they know what they're doing. In this episode I eat one of their classic Detroit style slices and sneak in a couple of chomps from one of their exotic varieties.

Slicing it Up With Dan Episode 2 features a wonderful, hearty slice from the boys at Driftwood Oven. I devour a slice of their Major Tom, a fundamental slice complete with basil, ricotta, tomato sauce, finocchiona-mozzarella, and finished with parmesan region. Despite its amazing size, the pizza is light, fluffy and slides nicely down your gullet.
