Pizza Walk With Me

Let's get hyped up over some pizza.

Baked Ziti Pizza. Allegedly, this is a “thing” in “NYC.” There’s no way of knowing really. I mean, modern technology can only take pizza research so far, and I’ve already gone through all the microfiche looking for any mention of “Baked Ziti Pizza.”  I have heard tales that vendors sell this on the street. Why anyone would take pizza in this direction on the streets of New York is beyond me. Ziti just seems like too much of a commodity.  I will be trying to recreate this amalgamation sometime this weekend, for better or for worse. Looks like the cheese is a mixture of ricotta and mozzarella, and everything else is just what you think it is.  Very excited to test this out! I wonder if there’s something you can’t put on pizza?
